So for her outfit what if you based it on her appearance in Bohemian Archive in Japanese Red where she has that really weird incident of nailing dolls and making curses and it's easily the weirdest Alice has ever been in canon. It fits the premise of a weird Alice and you could make a more canon-accurate Alice later if someone asks
