>You don't see med people wewuzzing northern euros
The entire Roman identity is based on wewuz Trojans, which Livius himself ties to the Venedi. You seriously don't have the first clue about what Rome or Greece was like.

>a blonde Italian is still Italian
Roman said they were Trojans though. The number one reaction I get from posting that reconstruction is that he looks Slavic. And it's like "duh, don't you know who the Veneti are?".

>people to name places after things they have little to no connection to.
This proves my point though: western civilization brought 32 places named Troy to America BECAUSE it's western civilizational. Pre-Americans didn't give it those names. If there was no relationship, these places wouldn't exist.

Franks are a different topic. I would love to talk about them, but the only thing we can point out here is that both Troyes and Paris are named after the Trojan war but if anyone looks up theories for etymology they will see references to random tribes which no one argued before the post-modern period.

In other words- people are going back and changing where Troyes and Paris got their names from. Now you might say: "those are medieval too", except they're not. The British and the French ancestors really thought they came from Troy and that brings us neatly along to the oldest actual transmission of the group that came from Troy: The Veneti.

Okay so how about all of those artifacts that trail down from Celtic lands into the Roman?
