If this was an expansion or two or three ago I'd have some faith in this idea - less stratified content with the content being able to vary from accessible to hard. But this reeks, screams even, of "We're going to give you less content and still charge you the same" although I honestly expect square to be retarded enough to raise the subscription rate because of economic conditions yadda yadda yadda.
