He was a top tier character until 3/4 into the 2.x patches, how is this NOT overpowered? Dude was so OP he stayed relevant for over a year after everyone around him crumbled into uselessness. Despite hitting his wall he is still placed in the highest tiers by most people.

I forgot he existed when I made my comment I will be honest with this one. However, him being free is exactly why he was not OP. They only make paid males OP to encourage you to spend money on them even if you don't like homos.
