This seems like the proper thread to vent a recent discovery of mine (one of which I'm positive isn't unique, but nonetheless):

I swear to christ is anything pushed past Spirit Halloween tier surface level aesthetic for horror, these so called "horror fans" have a fucking meltdown.
We have the term, "safe horny," so there must be an equivalent one for boiler plate "horror fans" that only enjoy the genre like toddlers.
