honestly are there any good SMTtubers?

How do you handle your nerves when you're RTO? I have a coworker who makes small issues into dramatic huge deals and a boss who keeps overlooking my shoulder to what I'm working on and always ruining my flow. Early on I could handle it but it's really getting on my fucking nerves.
