BOTW is 10$ with a phone gps and TOTK is 10$ with sharable qr codes for builds.

In terms of value star crossed world seems the best out of all of them, 20$ with some amount of that being for graphical upgrade and the rest for the actual content. I think a decent amount of extra levels and a new final boss/truer arena is worth it for me, hoping for an even more chaosier/soulier final boss for the arena.
