>come back, try my hand at friction fire if one of them haven't already tried it
>try to coordinate to build a large platform off the ground - either wedging long, sturdy sticks into enough clustered trees to create a floating platform, or combining wet sand, mud, and maybe grasses to make a rough foundation to support with sticks on the sides and top - sleeping directly on the ground is going to be bad for venomous snakes and other pests and it's going to be cold
>it's also going to rain a lot so fronds layered onto a basic overhead frame built from sticks will keep that away, cordage is everywhere in jungle environments
>from there it's just food, water, long breaks in the hot and sunny parts of the day, and trying to conserve energy as you wait for rescue or somebody to pass by in a plane or boat you can signal
