Is the Saki manga good? How much does it help you learn Mahjong strategy as well? Like as a beginner am I going to learn some base line Mahjong strats?

Ok I found where Saki stores the CGs. But at a quick glance I can't see any obvious indications of the structure of the file. So those aren't dropping today.
