Here's my little guy that I made for the Sonic IDW comics, I really liked the concept of a villain who has all the hallmarks of a badass final boss on paper, but in practice he's always at a major disadvantage against the protags and has to fight tooth and nail just to bridge the gap.

Wow I love this one. I take it she would be some sort of eccentric loner the protags go to for cryptic advice? Her body language and smile strikes me as more mischievous than outright villainous.
