I hope Chapter 4 finally marks the shift from feel-good teen roadtrip vibes to something with actual thematic weight. The story's been solid so far, but I'm getting somewhat tired of the teenage emotional focus. Real-life human interaction already covers that territory, games are a chance to explore ideas beyond the ordinary.
If Toby turns this into a sandbox for moody teens to see themselves in pixel avatars, it'll be a massive waste of narrative potential.
