Not really, because of how console cycles work, you won't be able to play your PS4 games on PS6, like PS3 games on PS4 or PS5, unless you still have the console
On the other hand, that doesn't happen on PC. Plus, if there are DRM-free games, I'll have the games physically on my HDD or SSD and can move them anywhere, whereas on consoles you depend on your connection to the servers, the internet, and whether your game is still available or not
