No it fucking isn't. The game single-handedly killed CDPRs reputation, that company is just a soulless Blackrock puppet now and Witcher 4 is going to put the nail in the coffin for good. One shitty anime is not good enough to change my opinion or that of anyone who saw through the bullshit at release and knows that several of the key features promised are still not in the fucking game even years later.
