So, why exactly did Raidou get censored, and SMTVV did not?

Also, I surely am not the only who thinks that some demon designs in SMTVI will get censored too? We were pretty lucky that SMTVV mostly stayed as it was, even though they did censor the panties, and restricted Free Camera.
