It depends on what you consider to be important or which angle you look at it.
If you look at getting a freedom perspective, than there is no difference.
But when you look at how many people die and how hot the conflict is, than Ozy is wrong. He kills millions that dont need to die, while 5 soldiers die a year. Just to prevent a war. While Japan was in an active war were 100 soldiers/civilians died daily.

It is good because a stringent story, mystery, the end is worth, the drawing is good, lots of easter eggs, consistent/extensive wordlbuilding, well choosen writing and right pacing.
You can read it again and it is still,a good and entertaining story.

They wanted to make a show about the Tulsa riots and someone said Watchmen show. So they combined it because it was trendy to be woke or diverse.
It was the dumbest way to make a Watchmen sequel. And even felt like a sequel to the movie than the comic!
