It's a lot more combat and combo focused, changing characters is there because there's no elemental system, so characters buff each other instead, there's only 3 characters per team and because of that, each character is more important so team configuration matters more, although recently they've switched towards coupling character designs together by having supports be needed by dps for max output.
There's a parry and riposte system similar to ZZZ, there's double jumping, there's wall running, and each character is literally 5 times more complex due to combos and has many times the number of animations because they're personalized for each character.
