I've been emulating my way through them in order of release and am now taking a break since Sword felt so underwhelming.
It definitely feels like the series is lacking the magic it had in the 2D era.

Been emulating my way through all the mainline Pokemon games in order of release. Just finished Sword. It was pretty mid. I don't have high hopes for the next one :/

Also playing through some older RTS titles, currently on Age of Empires II: Age of Kings.
