Women anons, I have a question.

As a man, it's probably unsurprising that I wish to meet a woman at some point. However, giga autism and genuine fear of women has stunted my idea of what is considered acceptable speech. I may be going to a nightclub soon, and I was wondering, how would I know if a woman wants to fuck? Do they say bluntly? Do I have to 'play' a game? Obviously I am not too retarded and know to not touch people (especially if they back off) but what are things and should do and things I should avoid? How do I show interest/flirt without being a 'creep'?
