99% of girlmoders don't pass because they are voluntarily making stylistic choices that hinder their passing instead fully commiting to making sacrifices in order to be seen as male. It's not hard to dress like shit (like most cis guys), to hit the gym or to stop painting your nails. In reality only a tiny minority of FtMs are hopeless neverpassers who did everything they could but still look irredeemably female.
