At the end of the day scarring is mostly going to be genetics and immune reaction. Like creams and shit are negligible and help better at reducing the appearance of scarring after the fact, not during healing. If you don't move too much, massage regularly and keep clean you should scar fine. I did none of these things and also smoked cigarettes the entire time and I scarred fine.
