such is the life of a guy with 290 ng/dl test levels, with a a high SHBG

my SHBG is literally maxed out, so not only do i have very low test levels, my SHBG levels are so high that my body can barely make use of what little test I have


I can only make progress on my lifts when i eat more, but eating more just makes me fatter immediately, rapidly, its so fucked up

Why? knowing my luck id end up getting a billion side effects are permanently fuck up my hormones even more than they already are

It never even began for guys like me

I literally cant do conventional deadlifts without terribly rounding my back over and hurting my back, but I can do sumo deadlifts with perfect form and it feels amazing, no pain, and my back is perfectly straight throughout the entire lift

Why is this the case?

is it because im a manlet? (5'7) with short arms? I have noticed a lot of other manlets tend to deadlift sumo stance, while tall guys tend to deadlift conventional stance, why is this the case?
