In team based games with voip it can completely destroy your team. The goal is to win and when a women joins the team and speaks all the weak men on the team now completely lose focus now pulling the the chance at winning into a nose dive. This is when strong men harass the women to try to get her to fuck off so the weak men can focus back up getting us back into the game. This is also why some guilds in MMOs bad women from joining them. I don't blame the women personally I blame the weak men.
