Helldivers X account put out some cryptic binary posts a while back. Translated, the cyborgs asserted independence and proclaimed their automaton children wouldn't live under Super Earth oppression.
That, and the devs clarified the automatons are 100% robot. Those bio-processing plants are probably for the borgs benefit.
