I don't see nearly enough people talking about this. I'm seeing positions that I literally have the perfect experience for right down to their "we need this we want that" but I haven't heard back from a single fucking one. We're talking at least 100 applications/resumes for positions I'm either perfect for or over qualified for and can't get a single fucking call back. Its all fake.
