Because she's the face of the game and holds a special place in the devs hearts. Plus the devs didn't like that people called her a brick and the worst character in the game so they decided give her everything when she really didn't need it

Next survey I'll ask for an auto-WIPEOUT-screenshots function. It would keep 3 screenshots from the 3 camera angles it does, and will do so for the last 10 or 20 WIEPOUTs or so.
