I made a list of pests because I was bored and like data. Generally if they're higher on this list they're more of a pest but there isn't much of a meaningful distinction past rank 10~.
I used a large sample of participants who, for the most part, willingly provided me the data I needed. No one here 'accidentally' ended up on this list. I would estimate the top 9 on the list are adding 20+ people in every contact thread and have been for months or years.
