This was like the bench players of the 3rd US volleball team. Thankfully the block did its job, but we steamrolled a mediocre team. Idk why Sullivan didn't play Sarah Franklin, Madi Skinner and Morgan Hentz, they'll probably be in the next Olympic cycle and he stubbornly benched all of them.
Anyways, Brazil needs to treat Ana Cristina as our most important player as of now. Gabi is great everywhere, but she can't be our first offensive option, you're losing too much of what she can offer when you use her like that. I liked Tainara as a passing opposite, but I still need to see more of Jheo as a solid opposite. We're fine in the MB department, and Nyeme (if she comes back) is also a good libero. Julia Bergmann is also pretty good with passing and defending (she can play as the defending opposite while Gabi and Ana share the offensive responsibilities) but we definitely need a reliable opposite.
