I want to learn how to play hockey and lacrosse but I’m busy with school and work

haven't played sports in a few months for social reasons but i run close to 100km every week despite being a smoker and an alcoholic so don't talk to me like we're equals

its true. there is maybe 1 thread a week about playing sports thats gets 30 replies

I played basketball when I was 12. I was the first guy in my class who hit a growth spur and for half a year I was more than 1 head taller than everyone else. I dominated those fools.
But then they started growing too and thus came the end of my peak.

I go to the batting cage occasionally

I’m afraid of trying a sport and being mogged by people who have been playing since they were 5

I do sunday league sometimes

Lacrosse is fun. I can't skate so I've given myself a concussion every time I've tried to play hockey.

It is pretty surreal how sports is just not a thing adults do.
Most of us play sports as kids and then we just stop.. why? To go to the gym in isolation or go jogging? Its quite weird if you ask me
Keep in mind im not even limiting it to physical sports. Even things like pool or darts are relegated to bar activities

I wish we could play sports since it seems like an easy way to make friends as a male but I guess we’re all too busy

I’m not allowed to do any sports. I’m vaxxed so /sp/ told me I would die if I did any exercise.
