I don’t think win percentage alone is a good way to rank teams during the season. Green Bay has played one less game than the others. At the end of the season everybody will have played the same number of games. If the season were to abruptly end today, which is unrealistic but play along, the league would not give the division to Green Bay just because of a better win percentage despite playing one less game. They would most likely give teams a tie for the unplayed games
