I've realized that elves should be armed with big swords. I've also realized my collection of pictures on that subject is rather limited. Shall we remedy that and discuss elves and how they handle big swords?

D&D longswords are at the absolute entry level of big swords I'd say. Especially if they're used two-handed.
On a related note imagine devoted Elistrean drow charging their enemies armed with large swords and armored in the protection of their goddess and not much else
