Was thinking of building this, the king shit at LGS plays a suped up (pun-intended) Justice League deck and it just about wipes every other deck. I know James and the Giant Peach is super popular but even it has no chance against Justice League.

It is one of those "wow this works way better in an online setting" commanders. Enjoy making the table wait while you count half your deck for your self-traumatize, or repeatedly check your giant graveyard for responses. It requires you to do tedious shit like count your deck or constantly count stuff in your graveyard. Your deck cares about the number of a certain thing in a giant pile, so plan to count a lot and I suggest some dice so you can just set them there and always keep track of the amount of non-land, non-creatures in your graveyard.

I got sick of counting shit and making the table wait while I counted up 40 cards. The deck wins but I never feel great playing it because it is a chore.

No really. At this point it's just a pile of some 150ish "izzet cards I own" with a bias towards 4 cost spells. There might be a little treasure sub theme since that appears to be what I've mostly got for ramp, but I'm not wanting to go too hard on that since I already have a treasure focused Ziatora. I could end up going more towards a storm deck for the higher end of power, only pumping her up one power at a time but digging through the deck with cantrips before a big finish with Kediss.
I'm not much for izzet either. I tend towards golgari combinations or mono color.

I assume you have Mass Hysteria and Concordant Crossroads to give everything haste. Anger and Enduring Courage will be useful for giving your shit haste too.

Brave the Sands will give all your creatures vigilance and allow them to block an additional creature each turn. Serra's Blessing will just give them vigilance.

I don't really know of any cards that will force everyone to block all the time. Green has a bunch of creatures and end of turn effects that must be blocked but I don't think they're very good.

Because in normal/standard magic there is a minimum number of cards and no maximum other than you must be able to shuffle it unassisted (with caveats for the disabled), so 70 is fine but just isn't optimal. With commander it's 100, no more no less. It really can limit what you do and makes for a more interesting deckbuilding experience.
Sometimes you want way more than 100 and have to cut down heavily to what works and other times you are struggling to think of what the hell to put in other than 45 lands

Playing mill is the spirit of the format.
You're required to have a maximum of 99 cards in your library so mill players can't be countered by running more cards in your library.
The deck size requirement is so mill players have a consistent number of cards they know they'll need to mill every game.
Mill is a pillar of EDH's soul.

I don't really mind proxying, but I would never proxy a card myself unless it's a temporary proxy while I'm acquiring the real deal. Feels like I've been indoctrinated by WotC over the past 25 years, when the smart thing to do would be selling the collection and proxying fun decks (especially considering the shitshow that is WotC nowadays)

FF has bad art, bad mechanics and awful flavor in the context of MTG. The draft environment sucked and overall its just been awful for the secondary market. EOE is surprisingly refreshing, good art overall enjoyable mechanics lots of unique interesting cards that make sense in magic. Looking like the best of the year so far
