In a cosmic sense, there isn't really a problem with the idea that some people are sluts. It's an archetype. It's a character trait. In storytelling, that's fine.
The reason it's a problem is because I don't want to be exposed to some closet transexuals porn fantasies constantly at the table. Call me a prude or whatever, but I genuinely want to just have good, clean, fun. Normal fun without some fucking pervert living out his gynophile sex fantasies.
I really don't think that's too much to ask.
It's not enough that these people are coomers in private, they also want to be coomers in public, and even that's not good enough; they want to be public coomers, and they want people to praise them and validate them too!
At some point, they're just really nasty, disgusting people. We could play adjective bingo about just how nasty and disgusting they are, but you get the point.
Keep your sex fantasies to yourself.
