i think it's better that they don't get more dedicated units desu. the death guard range was a mistake that sets a poor precedent. one or two cult units in a cultified, but regular, chaos army was a much better solution for both cult legion players and regular csm players. i suppose it's part of a greater trend of partitioning up armies into sub-armies or factions, but really i see no upside at all to that. dedicated legion rules were and are cool, but needless usage restrictions just makes thing stiff and homogenous and boring.

You are comparing Titus, an average bloke tough guy with short brown hair, to Jack Sparrow, a character with a shit ton of defining facial characteristics like his beard, eyeliners, moustache and cross tattoo.
Its easy to make someone look similar with these striking characteristics. You dont notice the similarities in facial structure, you notice the accessories around the face. Now do the same with plain unbearded Johnny Depp.

If Titus has a mohawk, a cybernetic eye, and a beard it would be much easier to make a sculpt that "looks" like him.

It's honestly not a bad head, it just looks nothing like Titus. First of all, he's doing an austic stare in 99% of scenarios including in combat so they didn't capture his personality. Secondly he does not have a side part hair cut. They didnt bother to get his hair color right and painted him like he's a 68 year old midwest chainsmoking dad of 3. And lastly he has very thin eyebrows, not big bushy ones.

And just aesthetically, its a terrible pose to make him look "dynamic" that just makes him look like he's falling over.
