Sure, for me Italuminary have the best waifus because they're narratively important and have interesting personalities and separate goals without being overly "quirky" like Husuminary, or just outright forgettable like Rakuminary. Unfortunately its the only thing it has currently going for it because its unfinished.
Husuminary worldbuilding is undebatably the best, both in sheer variance and lore. Though this maybe contested if Italuminary is even finished.
Rakuminary has the best power system, its simple, effective, and cool. Husuminary weapon powersystem is cool too but he overdid the bond stuff and made the player overreliant on the relics, not to mention how stupidity crippling some of the weaknesses are.

Basically vampires use Static Magic, 'wizards' (mages) use Dynamic Magic. There are also humans who use Static Magic, called Sorcerers, and it varies between sourcebook and edition (it's not remotely consistent) on whether vampires and/or mages can also use human Static Magic. Regardless, vampire Static Magic is really, really good, generally better than human Static Magic, but at the end of the day can't live up to Dynamic Magic. However, low levels of Dynamic Magic are worse than high levels of Static Magic and even some Disciplines (which might be a form of Static Magic if Lilith was a Mage and Caine fucked up his Awakening.) For example, low levels of Life Sphere suck compared to even the same dot level of Vicissitude, but it's more versatile and starting with 5-6 dots gets more powerful unless you're Tzimisce himself (though at 10 Life/10 Vicissitude, Life is better.) Static Magic is also not beholden to Paradox, which means it can be used much more freely, a vampire Koldun can do elemental magic without giving a fuck if the kine see it, a Mage needs to disguise it as a natural disaster or the like even if he's able to do more unless he wants to explode or worse.

I find it funny you can take all personal strengthening options and then leave, abandoning earth, and go to Gensokyo. You can even pick to have your mansion in Gensokyo and just live there relatively peacefully, especially since you can be an immortal ESP war demon. Even if you're weak in Gensokyo you'll still be an immortal and it's peaceful there outside of incidents + the yokais keep the human population in check.

I should note that in Gensokyo it's so broken that I'm sure several characters could erase conceptual beings and delete me or others which is another reason I'm not concerned about uma. Men exist and are relevant in the setting. They don't show up as much as women for two reasons:
1) Male youkai are less social. They're not as likely to take a human appearance and slum around in the human village having fun, so they have less reason to show up in general. When they do show up they tend to be more malevolent, which forces Reimu or Marisa to kill them. So showing them interacting with the cast isn't as fun.
2) Danmaku is considered a girl's sport. Male youkai by and large do not engage in danmaku,so they can't feature much in gameplay. When they fight they go cuffs-off with full intent to kill each other. Again, this means that Reimu at least is going to channel direct youkai purification magic from her god and purge them, rather than play a danmaku game with them. That's not as interesting to see.

Based on an incomplete read, things I dislike, some are more and some are less subjective:
* Too much text. Consider that each word tries the reader's patience.
* The writing style is purple prose.
* It's about a MMORPG.
* It's about MMORPG-style powers. Soulless. If it's intentionally soulless, that doesn't change it. A big advantage of cyoas over other mediums is that it's "interactive", yet allows the player to imagine how unformalized powers and events work out, but if the cyoa is all "you deal 10% more damage to enemy hit points" anyway, it negates that advantage, and is also soulless.
* The naming style ("Creator's tears", "Ash-wrought").
* I understand the setting within the MMORPG is intentionally kitsch, but even then the completely generic yet renamed MMORPG elves/dark elves/orcs/dwarves annoy me.
* Too many points for skills.
* Too many small low-impact bonuses. Fitting for a MMORPG, but in a cyoa it's annoying bookkeeping.
* That particular AI art style (inspired by superhero comics and Studio Ghibli animes?)
* Occasional jocular/meme tone. I'm fine with it in short cyoas, but in a longer cyoa it devalues the whole thing and the effort I put into reading it and making a build.
* By cyoa convention, you shouldn't repeat the same instructions multiple times, as you do on every page of a multipage section. It's confusing, it makes the reader doublecheck whether the instructions changed compared to last page.
* The quest at the end. It's like the quest at the end of Mythic Lands by 53413760, it didn't work out there either.
* The decontextual example quotes of companions are awkward. A short bit of dialogue from the companions can be great, but your specific format doesn't seem good.

Things I like:
* The bright vs dark contrast. Very readable.
* The factions.
* Legacy companions were an interesting idea.
* The way the companion and faction descriptions were divided into sections.

Very interesting CYOA. It has a MAJOR TLDR situation going on though. I kinda like the kooky zanyness of it but feel like any build I make is going to be shit based on a meta strategy I didn't think of. As many have mentioned the overuse of AI really does bring the quality down substantially and I am pro-AI but it shouldn't be a crutch and oh boy it's a full body prosthesis in this case. Welcome to the future I guess.

It hit me why I hate the Exarchate so much while excusing Zhuchka for similar things. It's because they are actively hostile to the core of the mythos in a way that she isn't. Zhuchka still has own philosophy, a series of beliefs that were created from the events of her life before she met her false god. The Heterodoxy just completely delegates their Meaning to the Outsider System. Not the gods, or even a particular Outsider because that would allow the will of somebody, something actually able to write Meaning into the world, to override the next whim of the gods' soul gacha. They're even better at denying Meaning than the Ecumene, whose nihilistic mission is at least filtered through a living person instead of the God-Script equivalent of 1s and 0s, and this superiority at least had the mercy of making them relatively impotent compared to their later imitators.
It's the total opposite of the Second Seat. The Second Seat believes that the gods' ideals are more important than their personalities. The Exarchate, not just the Whites but in fact anybody who preserves their system of government, reveres the gods without understanding their goals and mission at all.

-Soul drain(empowered) -1 point. Cheap and powerful. A 25x soul draining beam sounds good. I also like a lot powers that weaken the enemy overtime. And it can be used with other powers like Power Word to apply more debuffs.
-Blood magic -1 point. Vampire tax.
-Necromancy (rejuvenate). Help with logistics of Black Dragons, heals armies and make liches and death lords more easy to the eyes. -3 points
-Power word (oath). Synergies with everything. Can insta kill annoying enemies hard to kill if they are not at my level. Can enhance and alter any attack with the basic form, can enhance and alter even more any attack with the Kill form, but uses the cooldown. And can debuff with deminish. I understand why Soleac would main this.
-Stillness. Incredible defense, stealth detecction, can be used to get quick knowledge of everything inside. Can be used to learn things in books quickly. Pairs well with Parry from Void Cutter, as it would let you know 100% the characteristics of the attack and how to parry it. -2 Points.
-Spirit Chain. All. -3 points. Main powers to deal with a Demiurgue. Also a fighting style on its own. Mixes well with soul drain (empowerment) and the Harpoon. With Harpoon and Pain I have the best build possible to capture a demiurgue.
-Consume Soul. Boost. A method to cure myself is necessary. Its roughtly 7% of life per soul and as long as I have 15 seconds to spare per soul. It would let me fight, win and within a few mins be ready to fight again. Also goes very well with my stalling, long term fighting tactic, between harpoon shots I recover a 7% of my life. The boost is a nice 2x upgrade in physicals. -2
-Apocalypse magic. I would use it by using Liches make the whole 30 min ritual. As its improved Siege Magic and almost impossible to defend. It counters the defensive units of the Mother's side. -1

-Reverberating harpoon (all), it's like an enhanced soul drain plus chains. Can kill beings hard to kill by weakening them plus strong explosion. Can move them. Long range attack. Potentially strongest attack. The only bad thing is having to hit, but only souls can stop the attacks, so the majority of beings can't defend against it independently of their strength, they need to be able to store souls and get them out at the moment of the attack as a shield, or evade. Fate is necessary to get the ball rolling and I have some other powers that would make Fate easy to accumulate. -6 points
-Void cutter (all). And this is one of those powers that make Fate be easy to accumulate, the slashes that are almost impossible to evade. I would like to mix this power with physical slashes from a sword, overlapping them, plus maybe an elemental magic type covering them plus powerd word giving the whole thing a name. Anyway, this power is very strong attack (basic power plus rain overlapping with each other) + very quick attacks (rain) + defense (parry). If you are good enough at this you wouldn't need much else, it only lacks versatility. -6 points
-Malevolent territory. Enemies can't escape plus enhance hit rate plus better mind to fight. Goes extremely well with Harpoon, Void Cutter, Soul Drain (imagine 25x soul drain with long range thanks to this) and the best is Stillness. A Malevolent territory that gets covered in Stillness which usually had a range of 5 meters, now covers the whole fighting scenario. Can see everything happening, can read the intention of the enemy, can make them feel heavy the whole time if they can resist the weight in the first place, nerfs every attack. This with parry plus stillness is a perfect defense. This with harpoon is an incredible offense. -4 Points

-Entropic imbue Blast. Buff to magic and physical, blast is a good close attack, specially good against dragons that would be some of the strongest beings. Harpoon plus this would make me good against Dragons, they are big targets hard to kill (harpoon excels against those), whose scales can be peeled off (blast) and then cut down (void cutter). -3 points
-Aura of Dread. Just because its a power that gives reputation and can help with power systems. -1 point
-Spirit armor. Death knight tax. I don't find it useful when I will have an armor made by giants, but I guess I can make it stronger with this. -1 point
-Nightmare magic (all). Dream powers are strong and hard to counter, with this plus Pluton Dream I should be strong in both dimensions. -3 points
-Dark smite(all). Its so strong it even affects people that are strong against Sons. Free and basically an ultimate, I would want to mix it with other attacks like void cutter and power word to make it stronger. -3 points

-Elemental Magic, advanced (water, wind, ice, lightning). 4 magic types, water I would use it defensively and for stats, wind for movement and stats, lightning and ice for offense. Can be mixed with void cutter to have a great variety of attacks. Can be mixed with physical attacks too and can be enhanced by power word. It's basically another buff to everything else. Lightning magic is specially good because it grants great multitasking (which benefits my jack of all trades build, as the build is strong by mixing) plus making you able have danger sense. -7 points
-P.E (oath). Best power all around, passive stats, buffs, spirit techniques.
-Sex magic. It's free if you pick two specific minions I would pick anyway. -2 points

Sleep magic. -1 point. Just to have another dream buff.
Ascension. Divine promotion. Makes Gifts even stronger, can be used to make minions even stronger. Someone that has a lot of minions needs it. -4 points

At this point I have 3 buffs to power (sleep magic, nightmare magic and this) plus 1 buff to defenses (Pluto's dream) plus 3 buffs to prestige (pluto's dream, nightmare magic and sleepless). At this point I am probably stronger in the dreamlands than on the other side. If I get the gacha power of the dreamlands then I am even more buffed and I could use the Harpoon to bring beings to the dreamlands, where I am stronger, and where enemies tend to be weaker than on the other side. As beings strong in both sides are weird. And If I find a dream god or one of those pleasure beings, like the oens from the prince that are my enemies, that are stronger in the dreamlands, the harpoon can let me take them to the other side. So I am a frog choosing the fighting terrain, fighting fishes on land and fighting cats in water.
-Extra lives. Will help the early game and once everything is stablished and no gift are dying, to make me unkillable.
-Beauty. 1 gift more, being handsome is a plus, maybe marry some powerful and beautiful member of another faction? I don't know, the extra gift was enough.
-Commander. I used this for the lich and the other 2 elemental giants to get the perk. Making everyone more cooperative is always a plus.

If I added multiplayer I would add Aura of Power, boost for Consume Soul, and Oblivion Strike. Making me way stronger physically. Both builds are the same, just adding this powers. If I had to choose one I guess singleplayer just because it fits more the lore, in the lore it doesn't make sense so many sons awakening at the same time.

I have no allies per the dimensional merging, but that was the plan anyway. Kill the heroes, kill the demons, kill the magic creatures and kill the Battle maniac so the real one will become my pal. I will first summon Koryuu, the best one to gather souls, she also can pinpoint magical beings, so she would let me know where the maniac is as he would be the only threat. But as I have extra lives I doubt I would die, plus Koryuu would have orders to come back to me if she detects any strong being near me. I would make her get the souls from the recently dead near my zone, to get enough to get a minion transformation into a death knight (just 100 souls) to become a magic creature immune to nukes (just in case), Ascended Master would cost 100k souls which would take too long at the start. That transformation plus some souls to make some death knights to protect me, friends and family. Then she goes to search for the heroes, demons etc.. and defeat them. I evade the Battle manic until I get enough souls to have a fight against him and win. Then steamroll the rest of the planet.

With this I would hope ot be enough to fight the Battle Maniac and win. I am a talented death knight (not because of talented but because I would have the skills of a death knight so they are imrpoved) with 2x stats and healing with Consume Soul (boost). Entropic Imbue would let me empower more. Fallen angel is another boost to stats plus flying. Power word (all) is a boost to everything and Dark Smite (break) is my turmp card, the break modifier would let me hit him even if he uses his technique. Once he is done there is no other real threat and once a year passes I become an Ascended Master and live like that. The main fighting style is void cutter plus magic plus physical combat, all enhanced with Power word. Dark Smite is the semi spammable ultimate. The trump card is Reverberating Harpoon and Stillness with Malevolent Territory. Golden Truth is the future trump card. A jack of all trades that empower everything with Power Word, like Soleac.

In multiplayer I would simply get as many souls to escape with my family and friends and fuck off as soon as possible.

1. Improve 1 power and all modifiers. Improve it much faster than possible. I guess I will use Void Cutter, this should make me approach the level of Koryuu.

3. Holy Magic. This is very good. Free Improved Perk Feast of Evil. Free Holy Magic, a Magic I shouldn't have access to, and that version is improved to the point I can use it better than water and ice magic. I will have to use it with Void Cutter and physical attacks.
4. Hound power. Nice.
5. Extra Gift. Very nice (astra) + another buff to all gifts.
For the last choice, which is a free pick. I pick Kirilia as the last gift. I feel bad leaving her behind, I can also give her physical empowerment so she can become very strong-

But I will change 1. and 4. for 16. Changing two powers for 1 is permitted. Improved void cutter is nice, very nice, but I already have the 2nd or 3rd best talent in the whole empire depending on where Nida stands. It's good but not game changing. The Hound power is good but has 1 fatal flaw, that same being, that is scaling in power, also knows where I am. It could ally himself with my enemies and act like a radar. So those two are good but not game changing and the hound power has a fatal flaw, meanwhile the Dreamland power grants much more power in the Dreamlands, even more influence there and the key power to travel there with my body with ease, like a pseudo Kamui. As I said, Reverberating Harpoon with this is Op as I can bring my enemy to the worst place for them to fight and its a tactic that few beings could use, as its a Son power plus Dreamland power, and both of them are rare. The Dreamland power is rare including in the rare Dream powers as only could be gained with a Walk Blessing.

All out Fighting Style:
Both fighting styles mixed plus Golden Truth, attacking up close when I should and escaping by going to the dreamlands or the other side depending where the enemy is, which would be his weakest terrain as the Harpoon would bring them over. Hopefully I would become a Soleac 2.0. And I see myself allying with the Mother Side, I have protection against Holy magic and said Holy Magic is my strongest magic, Feast of Evil also makes me search for evil people. The Mother's goal and Father's goal are the same goal, just different approaches.

The plan of the empire is dividing worlds in Genocide Worlds, where everyone must die and Farm Worlds, where Popes and Heralds will be set to gather souls passively of people dying naturally, a process that would never end as they would also have children that would grow old etc... the souls of both types of worlds would be passed around the empire and to me by using the Soul gem of liches as coins and monthly or weekly planewalks. The Genocide Worlds could be eventually repopulated depending on if Karac's oath lets me or not. The Genocide Worlds could be killed in a slow and not painful way by making strict laws against natality until everyone dies.

The empire would try to ally with Goddesses, I keep the demiurgue pest away (and maybe slave one as I have a perfect skillset for that), they give money. Also with the Mother's side, as we both hunt demons and I imagine they are not very good against Demiurguers, while I am the perfect counter of both.
And the main coin maker of the empire is the free True Resurrection of the Heralds as the cyoa itself says with this you can become immensively rich and influential.

All of this is boosted by my relationships with the Pluto's den and the Dreamlands. As the Club od Dreams are influential Sons with connections to several multiversal empires and I have like 3 or 4 boosts to my prestige and power in the Dreamlands.

The rest is I have 13 gifts. Their roles are obvious, Sangra the leader of vampires, Kirilia the best assassin etc...
I would also boost them with Divine Promotion, but that would be too long. The main key is I give divine promotion to vampires
Sangra will kill eventually after they created techniques for her.
Nida is the leader of our religion, where I am jesus and the Father is God, my kids being demigods basically.
Ectos is the leader of any investigation and can investigate what she considers appropiate, she could also make some potions and weapons.
Falista is the "fuck it" button. And one of the 3 strongest.
Ebon is the "fuck it" button nº2 as she would command an army of Black Dragons. I would give her 1 world connected to the main world to rule, I would try for her to not be too bad with the poblation. She would be the commander of all dragons

Bloom is my personal nuke with two fightign styles, my ideal, which would be about making the opponent weaker with poisons and pheromones and her true self is an immortal physical fighter with built in nuke.Also as one of the few non entropic Gifts, she would fight our weakness like Tempered Heroes or AIs, specially AIs as she is a being of Pleasure she has the most advantage of all other types against AIs.

The best part about having all 13 gifts is to do that I got 3 buffs to all gifts. For example, "perfect" Bloom is "slightly weaker" than the average Gift, but those buffs make each Gift 3 times slightly stronger, so now my perfect Bloom would be noticeable stronger than the average Gift, the average rose up and the top 3 Gifts are even stronger. Probably the potential strongest Gifts in the multiverse.
