I'm gonna coom if true because Bone Demon is one of my favorite skelly-related sets and this will probably give me a lot more bone-themed parts and skellies to play with.

I did a small modifarion of the Nook's Cranny.

I don't really understand the point of these Dreamzzz 6 million-in-one sets when you can only build one of the micro builds at a time. They give you enough parts to build several of the mini builds but then there are certain limiting parts that you only get one of that limit your ability to complete the others. Like the Z-blob set only includes one 2x4 round jumper but every single micro build calls for one of those. If they had just included 3 then you could have built 3 of them completely with the amount of extra parts provided. The Bunchu one is similar in that you can build probably 3-4 of the alt builds but they all use the printed eye plates that you only get three of. So you can make one complete animal, one crippled one, and one blind one. Why couldn't they include a couple of extras for pieces like this?

Its a display piece that just doesn't capture the essence of classic castle. No colorful canopies(a fucking straw roof lmao), just a giant pile of grey bricks like a downscaled version of a giant moc you would see at a con. For that price it called for a throne room, horse stables, a wizard study and some goddamn catapults or even battering rams, not domestic dollhouse shit like bedrooms and kitchens. and start reverse engineering it. You can try to start building it with the parts you have and come up with your own solutions if you don't have the same parts or you order the missing parts online.

I've been building the Luigi's Mansion sets that I've had sitting in a box. I hate how flimsy older Mario sets are and how they are basically meant to be placed on a large table because of they they extend our and how flimsy they are. Also it's hilarious seeing the official play videos in the Super Mario App (these old sets don't come with manuals so you have to use a fucking tablet/phone) where you can tell a grown man is moving Luigi around this incredibly cumbersome set. Like you have to move characters out of the way to scan the little stickers because Lego Luigi/Mario is too chunky to properly fit. The Donkey Kong country sets are probably the best ones so far. I think the new Mario Kart ones look nice. I definitely want the Wario one. But it just keeps reminding me that you can probably buy Mario Kart 8 and a Switch for the price of all the MK sets.

I would have argued against doing it at all

there was nothing wrong with the old-new Death Star. it used modern-style blocks and building techniques, with a minifig art style (torso prints and face expressions) that also match the sets of today. the old-old version was blocky and needed upgrading, that one didn't.

they should have made the THOSAND-DOLLAR set a Boonta Eve Podrace set with ALL the racers (special minifigs and all) and the stand with Jabba and the two-headed announcer guy. some spectators including Wicket cameo and young Greedo. Yellow jumpsuit Sebulba Twileks. that would have been WORTH $1000 and might have even been more comfortable to think about as buying a ton of less-expensive sets, but all at once

even back in the day when people HATED episode 1, Jar Jar outrage, they killed Maul (so we thought) and Qui-Gon, muh boring politics, people seriously hated on the movie. but... everyone, still agreed the Podracing was awesome. and today? Still awesome.

My main problem with Ninjago Legacy was that they were cheap on the villain side and they didn't remake any villain sets like vehicles or locations, I wouldn't mind if we get more Legacy sets going forward but we need more villain characters. Also, it will be interesting because next year we get another season of Legends focused on another Ninja.

What do you think of this? Minus a few small additions of minifigures and animal pieces, this whole table of Castle stuff was MOC'd using only pieces from the official Lion Knight Castle. I have a small handful of leftover pieces that fill a third of a zip lock. I hated the original LKC, but feel this all captures the classic vibe and let's me play out adventures like a manchild and have fun. It's not just a Castle, its a kingdom.
