the only time i ever meet Canadians is when hiking / skiing / camping / kayaking (in Germany)
and they're always quite nice

certainly also because it's hard to find obnoxious people in those hobbies
but I really can't recall a single unpleasant interaction with a Canadian during traveling
and when I traveled to Canada once, Canadians were overall quite nice as well
