Why is this place so useless
>taking holiday to Japan
>get told it's not too hot yet august is the worst time
>hmm okay June is fine then
>over 30 degrees today and tomorrow
>over 30 degrees the entire month I took off for some nice time in Japan before it gets over run with summer holiday tourists
>already filled to the brim of yanks and other people who should stay home you know who you are australia
>don't even want to go take a swim in the beaches because it's too hot
>Cold drink in a pub only makes this worse(which is so expensive almost 8 quid)
>water tastes horrible here no flavor
>barely leaving the hostel due to it being so bad

What gives? Why is everyone on this board so stupid? Why is Japan so hot? I thought asians were smart why would they CHOOSE to live in a place that hot and moist. The Japan General either trolled me or it's filled with americans who've never traveled and larping. What's wrong with advice on this board?

Well sorry for being born somewhere with good weather, thousands of years of history, birth of the modern world, and so much more you pathetic kiwi.

>But as you're clearly yet another poor loser, there's no hope for you anyway
Hostels are the only way to travel, burgers traveling after the lockdowns have ruined hotel prices by not haggling with the owners. Now you need to pay 60 quid a night for some mouse's nest. Besides it's perfect for those of us who aren't piss stained trouser walking 300kg balls.

You're the only stupid one ITT. 31 C isn't hot, it's very comfortable at 6 C below body temp. You shouldn't even be sweating at 31 C unless you're laying on a soft mattress. If you are, it's a sign that your circulation sucks and you could lose a few pounds.

Agree 31C isn't that hot but if you're used to 40s in a dry country, Japan summer is very different. 30+ and extremely humid is worse than 40 and dry. I was sweating like crazy there in summer and I'm used to hot (Aussie).

Ample skin bloodflow is vital for staying cool in humid climates. Many whites have circulatory issues which make it difficult to dissipate heat from a 37 C body into the 33 C atmosphere. When it's 40 C and sunny your skin is hotter than body temp, so you want reduced surface blood circulation to avoid carrying that heat into the internal organs.

Asia is a great area. Japan is a tiny subset of it you monkey. Also if you live in the area long term you get used to this shit.

>go with euros to Japan
>they all dress in dark thick shirts, super dark jeans
>run to drink sugary, coffee, or some shit over just grabbing water from the 711/vending machines when feeling tired due to heat
>start drinking strong 0's while walking around rather than drink in some A/C place after the hottest parts of the day
>don't replace B vitamins or other shit with anything after eating and drinking like shit because 'it's me holiday!"
>by day 3 all near death due to dehydration and jet lag
>"bruv this place is mental how do they deal with this? Japanese must be super healthy!"

I've met have a dozen friends in Japan and it happens mostly with europoors. Even if I give them advice it falls on deaf ears, anyone from the UK is the worst.

While it's not *that* hot, as >>2794855 mentions but I did see that Tokyo is 1-3 degrees hotter than Manila Philippines where I am right now.

Not only is it hotter in Tokyo, but Japanese don't have the "private car w/AC point to point" culture that we do. Japanese will be packing into a cuck train @ 33 degrees C and then get rained on in the last 600 meters home.

Very superior.

They're born there, they're adapted to it. It ain't nothing to them aside from avoiding full sun between 11 and 3. In SE Asia where it's even hotter and stickier, many will just cover all their skin, including their faces, and still work in it; seen plenty of construction and farm workers like this.

Nigger look at the humidity in the pic (you) uploaded. it's 84% for fuck sake.
27c 84%hum feels much more hot and uncomfortable than 40c 10%hum. the latter is much cooler at indoor at least.

Yesterday it was 30c something and 94% in south korea though.

27 C with a 25 C dewpoint is perfectly comfortable. In fact, it's as comfy as it gets in the tropics. You don't even sweat at temps that cool, unless you're a literal pig.
