I have traveled in Serbia recently, and Serbian women are stunning, really some of the most beautiful ones I've seen.
The thing is, first of all, celibate Serbian women won't talk with you. They stay together with their friends, and will reject you if you attempt a cold-approach.
If you managed to talk with a Serbian woman (I didn't and I stayed there for almost a month), she will not offer herself to you right from the get go. You will need to keep contact with her for months. You will need to speak fluent Serbian because even if a lot of them speak fluent English in cities, you won't truly understand the culture and how life truly goes on there.
You will need to prove to this girl that you really like her, that you want her and only her, that you have a job in the country who can sustain a life for both of you, in order to fund a family with her. You will need to remind yourself to bring her flowers every once in a while, chocolate, gifts.
Then perhaps she will consider really dating you. And you will have to meet her family before getting married, of course.
Add on top of that the fact that you will be competing with 6'5 muscular guys and basically you have extremely little chance of finding a "trad" Serbian wife.
Oh and the Russian girls living in Serbia? They are way more open to talking with strangers, but guess what, they all came there with their boyfriends.
So now, you know to not come to Serbia for that. You need to fall in love with the country and getting integrated before having a chance there. It's the same in Albania btw.
But the deeper message is to get rid of this transactional "customer is king" mindset that permeates American culture.
Let's face it, you ask for the impossible, "trad wives" who are open to fucking with a foreigner because he has money and an American passport.
No this is not traditional at all. Traditional is finding a wife in your own country.
