I want to compile a list of all the countries where you can A) rent a motorbike for peanuts [~$20] and B) don't need a motorcycle endorsement on your licence to do so.
I've personally done this in Vietnam, Bali, Taiwan, and Nicaragua, and from my research Pakistan is very easy, and even cheaper to rent than the above mentioned.

Let's make a map of all the places this is possible, for it is truly a kingly way to travel.

I assume you mean countries where you can do that legally, correct? I mean, if legality isn't an issue, I imagine you can bribe your way through most third-world countries. If you're not against skirting the laws, compiling a list/map would make for a more daunting task.

I actually know a guy who rode a motorcycle in India without a helmet and without a license (he's not just missing an endorsement, he outright didn't have a license). He got caught once, and he got out of trouble by bribing the cop with 500 rupees (about $5 USD). An absolutely trivial amount of money for an international traveler.

Every single motorbike rider is a low IQ moron, and all deserve to get mangled by 18-wheelers

How do you know how to ride but don't have a motorcycle endorsement?

lel, the first time I ever touched a bike was when I was trying to rent one in Bali, the woman immediately sussed I didn't know how to ride and told me to fuck off, but I got in enough turns around her parking lot that the 2nd place I went to I was able to ride away without raising any red flags. I did get in one accident that same week, totally my fault, but many years and miles later I've had no more incidents. I only rent bitch-ass little Yamahas and drive slow, and never in the rain.

This is why it would never work in Africa, they'd extort you for half your net worth, then radio their friends at the next checkpoint to do the same.

You, a complete stranger, pays a negligible sum of money, and the owner lets you ride off across the country with their motorbike? How does that even work as a business model? Do you have to put down a cash deposit?

I can't speak for all walks of life, but in the US and Canada, it's not that uncommon to ride dirtbikes as a kid/teenager.

Many shithole cities have multiple motorbike rental agencies. Actually facebook and whatsapp are where they do most of their advertising, so search [your shithole destination] moto rental on FB.
You can also rent bikes from randos, in Vietnam a dude offered to sell me heroin, i refused, then he asked what I needed, I said a motorbike, and he gave me his for $20/day. I left him an expired driver's license as "security", we exchanged phone numbers, and I was good to go. No idea what the paperwork situation would've been like if the cops had stopped me, probably grounds to extort cash out of both me and the heroin dealer.

That's why I'm interested in learning about countries where the cops don't give a fuck. Pakistan really seems too easy to be true in this regard. I've never bribed anyone and I really don't want to.

In Pakistan, apparently you can strap a cage to the back of your car and put children in there. Motorcycling without adequate licensing is nothing to these people.
