I guess the idea is that it's the most sophisticated non white people country, the most organized, but it seems rather gimmicky and strict and you are still dealing with robotic communalists who are all about mindlessly following rules and customs and the attractions are kinda cheesy and restrictive
that's just the impression I get

a lot of it is just boring
but I will say I like (when done right) the glutinous rice balls with red bean paste or the sweet onions glaze
and the creamy crab croquettes
and salmon caviar, yellowtail, eel, and sea urchin
