Biggest hospital in the area is 10-12 minus if speeding 15-19 in a car

I nearly give up with this place like I doubt 99% of US anons who post on this board go anywhere outside Trader Joes, Aldi, Target, or whatever Kroger/HEB similar exists. As for the make your own fun, that goes for anywhere unless you're "that friend" we all have who has to tag along and annoy the fuck out of the group because they are NPC about any socializing, hobbies, or anything not playing gacha. Maybe you need to get out of the hussle n' bustle of the big cities and focus on building character.
