I'm re-watching SG1 right now and I love it even more than ever. Not a SINGLE bad episode, it's non-stop fun, action, drama and real character moments. All the little attention to detail rocks too.

Both BSG and SG:U are absolutely based. The original run of SG1 was getting stale, they didn't know what to do with the characters and they had to freshen it up at the time. SG:U was just as good by its second season once it dropped the stone shit, and Carlyle is one of the greatest actors across any of the series. You just sound like a hater.
Also those numbers are still superior to the likes of The Last of Us which is currently an HBO tentpole show.
