Water Eye-Guy is really cool looking; I like his plastic armor (I'm guess in a he since it doesn't have armor tits).

my suggestion OP is that you start off with say a simple pilot, like say for a kids show. and if you can nail that, then try to develop it up from there into adult material/comedy.
this way you can fully mature the concepts and dial them into your targeted audience
