Picrel is from The New Kids (1985) where the main character, Loren, sneaks into his bully's house in the middle of the night to get money after he got his uncle's car keyed by him and his cronies. He had him in nothing but his underwear, sock in his mouth and a knife to his neck. The movie was good, but this scene was great.
