I feel the opposite. Whenever I look at Farmiga, she gives off a mommy vibe rarely found elsewhere but it hypothetically comes at a price.

I say that because if you've seen her films, you get the vibe that she would absolutely tear you apart if she could. Borderline, if not outright verbally and even physically abusive. A stern yet loving, radiant older woman that would keep her younger boytoy in check by any means necessary.
