Cut to dolly track close up of Stockton Rush initiating the ballast release function, possibly screaming, we'll have to brainstorm that shot. Cut to outside the vessel with a full view of the implosion, minimal to no music or score playing for full effect. Anyways terrible tragedy heart goes out to families.

Maybe if all the engineers hadn't left the project at every little setback they could've made a safe vessel
Couldn't be easy for Stockton to coordinate new teams every few months to finish building one sub
so it's all but confirmed that they knew their fate in the minute(s) leading up to the boom. the sounds of the fiber breaking were probably terrifying.
