Would probably have to go with being a cowboy since they have actual agricultural skills outside of shooting people.

Actual knights work their peasant serfs to death or kill them if they rebel.

Pirates raid and kill people, pillage other ships and seaside villages and capture people for the slave trade.

Gangsters engage in illegal criminal activities like extortion and selling drugs.

Samurai, only know of them from Anime and popular culture but they are supposedly privileged class in a caste system.

Cops actually protect the neighborhoods and serve and protect the people but if one drug dealer overdoses on his own stash of illegal drugs while the police are apprehending him, then the unhinged Leftists will go insane.
