They were seeing it in 4DX which has motion simulator chairs and real special effects like wind and rain machines and stuff, so it's more expensive. No idea why you'd care to see Lilo & Stitch like that though, other than the bit at the start where Stitch escapes the space station it's all just talkie shit.

It's a fair problem, definitely something the cinema should take into consideration already.
But a lawsuit is just them trying to cash in.
If the "damages" are "emotional damage" that amounts to anything more than nightmares for a few nights i'd be surprised.

Cineworld should just offer a day trip to a zoo or some shit. A good experience to offset a bad one.

They do and just made a mistake in this case, in the UK all adverts and trailers are rated just like films, and they can only legally show adverts and trailers that have the same rating as the film or lower, they'll probably get a fine for this blunder.
