I liked the parts where the empire and the emperor was on screen when I watched season 1 so I started skipping everything else. Then since that was too much work for a show I only liked part of I didn't watch any more of it.

Nothing like the books, but a 6/10 show that reaches a peak of about 7.5/10 in the second season. Every second Lee Pace is on screen is kino of course.
