Funny I don't enjoy any movies anymore. I can't get into them because nothing is new and it's all wish fulfillment escapism and I already live an exciting fulfilling life. I used to be scared of horror. I watched films like Martyrs that made me uncomfortable for a few days just to feel something but even now it does nothing. I am so numb to everything. I get excited just to live my daily life.

I used to be like that for most movies. but I'm much more picky with what I watch now, much more critical of what I watch and my immersion gets broken constantly. which makes me laugh or seethe.
